- Visit the Benong National Park (The Brigadiers Cottage is almost within the National Park)
- Take a walk through our village - Bunglow ki kaandi along with a visit to the Atte ki Chakki
- Visit the Apple and Walnut orchards, and explore the water stream
- Walk down to the Kempty Falls (5 minutes’ walk)
- Water rafting and fishing in River Yamuna (15 min drive)
- Visit Mussoorie Mall (15 min drive)
- Visit Dhanuaulti and Gun Hill
- Company Baugh (10 min drive)
- Cross country horse riding

Things to do at our cottage
- Visit Kempty Falls before 09:00 AM or after 05:00 PM.
- Visit the Yamuna river for a picnic and lunch. You can even carry your booze with you!
- Mountaineering at the Himalayan Institute.
- Picnic at the brook below the cottage. You can take Shakti with you, he will pitch up a tent and cook Maggi etc.
- Visit the secret waterfall for a swim (carry a picnic basket from the cottage)
- Barbecue at the cottage.
- Trek and waterfall at Chaamiya village.
- Visit Chakrata.
- Village walk to Sainji - the corn village of India & visit the quaint little Lori's Cafe there.
- Visit the Mall Road.
- Ask for a complimentary sigdi and sit around it.
- Light up the fireplace and curl up with a good book & hot chocolate.
- Spend time in the morning sun lounging on the terrace.
- Spend time with the farm animals & birds.
- Play Croquet.
- Do absolutely nothing.
